The Romanian-language version is the legally binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience.

This page explains, briefly and without jargon, procese.online's posture on digital accessibility: who we are, the legal framework that applies, the practical commitments we make, and how to reach us if you hit a barrier.

1. Operator and legal framework

The procese.online service is operated by Parma Digital SRL (VAT RO42128910), a company registered in Romania.

The applicable legal framework is Romanian Law no. 232/2022 on the accessibility of products and services (the Romanian transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services — the European Accessibility Act).

2. Microenterprise status — Art. 4(5)

Parma Digital SRL is a microenterprise within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC: fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 2 million.

Under Law 232/2022 art. 4(5), the substantive accessibility requirements set out in this law do not apply to microenterprises providing services. Accordingly, procese.online has no legal obligation to comply with the WCAG 2.1 level AA technical requirements (the standard invoked by the European Accessibility Act for entities within its scope).

We state this position honestly, not as a way to dodge obligations. If Parma Digital SRL crosses the microenterprise thresholds (10 employees, or EUR 2M turnover / balance sheet), the substantive Law 232/2022 obligations engage and this page will be rewritten to reflect the new status.

3. Our practical posture

Even though the law does not require us to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA, we aim to make procese.online usable for as many people as possible:

  • we use sufficient contrast on light and dark themes;
  • keyboard navigation works on public pages;
  • interactive elements carry accessible labels;
  • meaningful images carry alt text.

We do not, however, claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and we have not performed a formal accessibility audit. If you hit a barrier, please write to us — §4.

4. How to reach us

For any accessibility issue (something you cannot use with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, or any barrier you encounter in general), write to us at [email protected]. It's the same address you'd use for any other question — we don't hide behind a separate mailbox.

We reply within 30 days at most. We can't promise a firm fix-by date for every reported issue — the law does not require us to publish an SLA — but we treat every signal as a serious request.

5. Dates

  • Statement date May 14, 2026
  • Last reviewed May 14, 2026

This statement is reviewed at least once a year, at annual financial- statement filing, to verify that the microenterprise status still holds.
