Terms governing the use of procese.online

These terms apply to anyone using procese.online — the marketing site, the public hearings calendar, and the web or native app. By using the service you confirm you've read and agree to these provisions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Romanian-language version of these terms is the legally binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience.

1. About us

procese.online is operated by Parma Digital SRL, a Romanian limited liability company:

The technical infrastructure is provided by Bookarest Digital SRL (the bookarest platform), under a service contract. Bookarest acts as a data processor for hosting and transport.

2. What we offer

procese.online is a notification service that monitors cases published on the Romanian Ministry of Justice's official portal portal.just.ro and sends you a push notification when a relevant change appears (new hearing date, panel change, ruling).

The service is not, and does not replace:

  • legal advice — no lawyer-client relationship is established by using the service;
  • case management software for law firms — we are not a legal CRM;
  • the official portal portal.just.ro — for the primary source you can always go back to portal.just.ro.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commercially partnered with the Romanian Ministry of Justice, the Superior Council of Magistracy, courts, or other public institutions. procese.online is a private, independent service.

3. Data source

All data on cases, hearings, and courts displayed on procese.online comes from the public portal portal.just.ro, the official source published by the Romanian Ministry of Justice. The data is public by law:

  • Constitution of Romania, art. 127 — court hearings are public;
  • Civil Procedure Code, art. 17 — principle of public proceedings;
  • Criminal Procedure Code — principle of public hearings;
  • Law 304/2004 on judicial organization;
  • Law 544/2001 on free access to information of public interest, art. 2 — court activity information is explicitly classified as information of public interest.

portal.just.ro expressly authorizes reproduction of its content with source attribution and within the limits of personal data protection laws. procese.online displays the "Source: portal.just.ro" attribution on every surface that uses this data.

Dependency on portal.just.ro. Our service depends entirely on the public availability of portal.just.ro. If the Ministry of Justice changes, restricts, or discontinues access to the portal, our offering may be modified or discontinued without notice and the user may not claim damages on this ground.

4. Account & sign-in

Creating an account is free. To receive push notifications on your case you need an account. The public calendar is available without an account.

Sign-in is exclusively via a magic link sent to your email. We don't use passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email and associated devices secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

Minimum age — 16. Under GDPR art. 8 and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 art. 8, the minimum age to create an account on procese.online on your own is 16. Below 16, use of the service is permitted only with the consent of the holder of parental responsibility. The Pro plan is additionally subject to Romanian Civil Code rules on capacity to contract.

Onboarding gated by a real case. To register as a full user, you must confirm a real case existing on portal.just.ro. Accounts that don't confirm a case within a reasonable time may be deleted to prevent spam.

5. Plans & pricing

We offer two plans:

Free — free, with no time limit

  • 1 case watched;
  • push notifications on changes;
  • full access to the public calendar;
  • one-click account deletion.

Pro — 99 lei / month (VAT included, launch price)

  • unlimited cases;
  • personal hearings calendar;
  • collaborate with clients and colleagues on a case;
  • attach files to a case and exchange files and information with colleagues and clients;
  • push notifications on changes;
  • one-click account deletion.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers, communicated by email and in the app. A price change gives you the right to cancel without penalty.

6. Payment & invoicing

Pro is paid through Revolut Business, via individual payment links generated on demand. We don't use auto-renewing subscriptions — each month is paid separately through an explicit link. We never store your card data.

  • A VAT invoice is issued and emailed automatically after payment confirmation.
  • Payment covers one calendar month starting from the day of confirmation.
  • If you don't pay on time, the Pro subscription expires and your account is automatically downgraded to Free (see §7).

Refunds. Because we don't use auto-renewal, each month is paid up front and consumed in full. We don't issue refunds for already-paid months, but you can stop paying for the next one at any time.

7. Cancellation & account deletion

You can cancel or delete your account at any time, no questions asked, no phone call, no friction. Two options:

Cancel Pro subscription

Simply don't pay for the next month. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. On expiry, the account is automatically downgraded to Free, keeping your most recently created tenant and your first monitored case. Excess subscriptions are archived (not deleted) for 30 days, so you can restore them if you return to Pro within that window.

Delete account

From account settings click "Delete account" and confirm. Your data is fully deleted within at most 30 days (the time required to clear safety backups). Before deletion you can export all your data in JSON or CSV.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", based on the data published by portal.just.ro. We do not guarantee that the displayed data is second-perfect, complete, or error-free — we depend on what the Ministry of Justice publishes.

For your legal decisions, the primary source remains portal.just.ro and a lawyer's advice. procese.online is a notification tool, not an official source.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Parma Digital SRL to a user for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount paid by that user for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • unavailability or modification of data on portal.just.ro;
  • errors or delays in the publication of data by the Ministry of Justice;
  • indirect losses (lost opportunities, lost profits);
  • unavailability of infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Hetzner, or Sygnal — sub-processors with their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

Data on cases, hearings, and courts belongs to the Romanian Ministry of Justice and Romanian courts; we redistribute it with attribution, under the public authorization.

The software, design, copy, logo, and brand procese.online are the property of Parma Digital SRL (with platform components partially owned by Bookarest Digital SRL). Don't copy, redistribute, or imitate these elements without our written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes (price, plan deprecation, jurisdiction change) are announced with at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app. Minor changes (corrections, clarifications) are reflected via the "Version" and "Updated" fields above.

Continued use of the service after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of that version. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel and delete your account without penalty.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of procese.online falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
