Is it legal?
Yes. Court hearings are public under the Romanian Constitution (Art. 127), the Civil Procedure Code (Art. 17), and Law 304/2022 on judicial organization, and data on portal.just.ro is public under Law 544/2001 on free access to public information. For the Republic of Moldova, the basis is analogous: court hearings are public under Art. 117 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the right of access to information under Art. 34, Law No. 514/1995 on judicial organization, and Law No. 982/2000 on access to information. The data comes from the public portal instante.justice.md. We index it and serve it better, but we add nothing that isn't already public.
How fast do I learn about a new hearing?
